pkpk Terms & Conditions

pkpk provides gaming services to users in Myanmar through this platform. To access the service, register an account, and play games, you must meet the following requirements—

• The user must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must be in a state of health that allows you to play of your own free will.
• pkpk reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and any changes will be announced on the platform.
• Updated terms take effect from the date they are announced, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2.1 Opening an Account

To play at pkpk, you must open your own personal account and provide accurate information when doing so. If you provide false information, pkpk has the right to close that account or confiscate any funds in it.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may only open one account on the pkpk platform. Any duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any funds in those accounts will not be returned.

2.3 Account Security

Do not share your username or password with any third party. You must also keep your devices (phone, computer) secure. If your account is compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will investigate.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pkpk reserves the right to verify players' personal information at any time. You may be required to submit your National Registration Card (NRC) or other specified verification documents. Failure to do so may result in your withdrawal being put on hold.

The following limits apply to all transactions on pkpk—

Deposit Requirements

• All deposits must be made from your own KBZPay, Wave Money or AYA Pay account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed.
• If you have an active bonus with a wagering requirement in progress, you must complete that wagering requirement before you can withdraw.
• pkpk reserves the right to carry out deposit and withdrawal checks to maintain financial stability.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Your KYC verification should be completed before you can withdraw.
• Any financial complaints can be submitted to [email protected] within 24 hours.
• If any suspicious financial activity is detected, pkpk will investigate before processing the withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing normally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please note that technical issues may cause delays.

Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at pkpk, you can receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must meet the wagering requirement (bonus amount × 15).

Bonus Terms and Restrictions

• The welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household.
• The wagering period must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus. If not completed in time, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• If pkpk determines that bonus abuse has occurred, pkpk reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Behaviour such as chip dumping between players is strictly prohibited.
• pkpk may modify or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice.

The pkpk VIP program has 4 tiers, each with the following weekly cashback rates—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week

For VIP tier upgrades, we will review each player's gameplay patterns to make a decision, and the specific turnover threshold will not be shared externally. Cashback will be paid out once a week and will be given in the form of bonus credit.

We may change our VIP cashback decisions at any time, and we will not accept any complaints from players regarding such changes.

Fair Play

pkpk is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Bot / Automation — Using any bot to play is strictly prohibited and the account will be immediately suspended.
• Game Exploit — If you find any bug or exploit on the platform, you must report it to pkpk immediately. Using any such exploit for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering activities are strictly prohibited and pkpk will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities.

Game Result Disputes

For any issue regarding game results, you can contact us at [email protected] or through 24-hour Live Chat. pkpk's server logs will be treated as the definitive record of game results, and all decisions will be based on them.

pkpk may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for the following reasons—

• Violating these terms and conditions
• Providing false personal information
• Engaging in suspicious fraudulent financial activity
• Found to be under 21 years of age
• Opening multiple duplicate accounts
• Initiating a chargeback

When an account is permanently closed, any genuine non-bonus balance will be returned after review. Funds derived from bonuses or related to bonuses will not be refunded.

Personal information provided to pkpk will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption technology to protect players' personal and financial data. Financial information will only be handled through your direct payment service providers (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay), and pkpk will not store any card details.
